Creative Course Session Taster (1:1)

A gentle introduction to my creative and self-exploration method.
This one-to-one session allows you to experience what my courses feel like from the inside — the rhythm, the depth, the intuitive approach, and the blend of meditation with drawing.

During the taster, you will be guided through a short meditative practice and a simple creative exercise based on my Mia Catra Method, which combines symbolic geometry, intuitive lines, and emotional mapping. This gives you a real sense of how the full courses unfold and whether the journey resonates with you.
