A gentle, creative workshop designed for groups who want to explore art, intuition, and inner alignment together. Each class is tailored to the group’s chosen theme — whether it is emotional balance, abundance, clarity, feminine/masculine energy, or any topic your group feels called to explore.
The session begins with a guided meditation that helps everyone soften, connect, and access their inner landscape. From this grounded state, we move into intuitive drawing using my Mia Catra Method — a blend of free-flow lines, symbolic geometry, and expressive color work. This method is designed to reveal insights, release tension, and awaken new perspectives through the act of drawing.
No previous experience is needed.
