Three courses — One Method
The Mia Catra Method unfolds through three main pathways:
The Inner Geometry
Portrait Method
The Divine Lens
A method was developed through experience, rather than theory. This methodology by Mia Catra was not designed in a classroom, but it emerged through time:
deep inner healing work
years of drawing
intuitive portraiture
art therapy with children and adults
the longing to restore inner stability
spiritual exploration
through the search for meaning after personal loss and grief
the rediscovery of courage and self-respect
This method is grounded in the understanding that every person carries a unique story, and every story can be translated into art, geometry, and a higher perspective.
The Inner Geometry (Vidinės Ašies Geometrija)
It's a method rooted in The Inner Geometry. Every person carries a unique inner geometry — a subtle architecture shaped by emotions, beliefs, boundaries, and the stories we hold within, and they shape who we are at this moment in time. When this geometry is distorted, we feel:
disconnected from ourselves
emotionally overwhelmed
unclear about our direction
unstable in relationships
split inside (between the masculine & feminine energies)
The Mia Catra Method teaches you how to read, restore, and strengthen this inner geometry.
Through meditative drawing, symbolic shapes, and conscious presence, you reconnect to your:
inner axis
energetic balance
sense of safety
emotional sovereignty
purpose
This becomes the foundation for all transformation.
The Portrait as a Portal - The Portrait Method (Sielos Veidrodis) is a living expression of the inner geometry work.
When Mia creates a portrait, she does far more than draw a face. She enters a state of intuitive perception, tuning into the symbolic layers of your energy — the colors, shapes, strengths, wounds, potentials, and unconscious patterns that want to be seen.
The portrait becomes:
a mirror of your soul
a recording of your transformation
a visual map of your potential
an anchor for the new version of you
a healing process that continues long after the drawing is finished
Many people describe emotional release, new clarity, renewed confidence, or life changes after receiving their portrait.
This happens because the artwork reflects not only who you are, but who you are becoming.
The Divine Lens: Restoring Clear Perception. The Divine Lens (Dieviškas Žvilgsnis) is the aspect of the method that teaches you how to see life without distortion — with compassion, neutrality, and inner dignity.
It is the alchemy of perception:
dissolving projections
softening judgments
healing old narratives
seeing yourself and others through truth rather than fear
When perception heals, everything heals.
Relationships shift, inner dialogue becomes kind, and the world stops feeling threatening.
The Divine Lens is not just a concept; it is a practice woven through every course and every portrait.
